MK-835A weighing transmitter

The MK-835A weighing transmitter is equipped with eight load cell channels enabling monitoring and direct control of each coonected load cell. The transmitter offers the same functionality and performance as an advanced digital weighing system - even when using analog load cells. The MK-835A is DIN rail-mounted transmitter and features a LCD display along with five-key keypad for system calibration and a test button that provides direct access to diagnostic functions. The device is designed to store percentage values for weight distribution from each channel.

The diagnostic function compares the recorded values, and if a significant deviations occur during normal operation, an alarm is triggered and alternates with the weight value display. Depending on the type of weighing system, the following functions are possible: automatic load cell diagnostics, individual control of each load cell, automatic zero diagnostics, and detection of potential drift in load cells (e.g., in silos, weighbridges, or platforms).

The MK-835A can be supplied mounted in a stainless steel enclosure, aluminum housing, or as a standalone instrument - e.g., as a spare part.

Benefits

  • Eight independent weighing channels (monitoring and direct control of each connected load cell)
  • Analog output 0-20, 4-20mA / 0-10V
  • Three digital inputs, five relay outputs
  • RS485 serial port for connection to PC/PLC, remote display, and printer
  • Theoretical calibration via buttons, dead weight calibration
  • Three configurable digital inputs for net/gross function, semi-automatic zeroing, peak, print, and remote
  • Five setpoints programmable via relays (normally open, normally closed, or remote control)
  • Hysteresis value setting for each setpoint
  • Adjustable filter for stabilizing weight fluctuations
  • External zeroing of the weighing system
  • Option for automatic zeroing at startup, zero tracking, semi-automatic zero
