Double bigbag filling station
Function
- The two-way valve at the top of the Y-pipe switches position when the weight signal from the weighing system of the bigbag filling station reports a bigbag is full
- The filling process now continues on the empty bigbag
- While the empty bigbag is being filled, the operator can replace the full one with a new bigbag
- The process continues until stopped

- Weighing system
- Control panel, for example with 'Stop filling', 'Bigbag ready'
- Vibrating base (For better filling of the bigbag to prevent it from toppling over later)
- Inflation of the bigbag before filling
- Material certificates, for example for food producers
