Vibration Feeders

Vibratory feeders are used for dosing non-adhesive granulates and powders. Compared to screw feeders, vibratory feeders offer several advantages: simple design, easy maintenance and cleaning, safe operation (no rotating parts), and gentle handling of the product.

Design
Feeders can be supplied with a flat feeder bottom, with a round feeder tube, or as V-shaped feeders.

Capacities
The size of the feeders can be adapted to the customer’s desired capacity.
The size and shape of the hopper can also be tailored to the customer’s needs.

Drive
Feeders can be driven by either electricity or compressed air. For complex and extensive recipes, electric feeders are usually the best choice. For very simple tasks, pneumatic feeders are more popular. Pneumatic feeders also have the advantage of being easier to approve for ATEX environments.

Control
Feeders can be supplied with anything from no control to semi-advanced control systems with multiple recipes and coarse/fine dosing.
