VM-TBS2 weighing module
With its simple design, TEKFA VM-TBS2 weighing module is easy to install in both new and existing weighing systems. VM-TBS2 can be mounted with or without a load cell, minimizing downtime during installation and virtually eliminating the risk of load cell damage. The weighing module features an integrated lift-off and overload protection system for weighing bins, tanks, dosing plants etc.
Vessel movements caused by thermal expansion, mechanical deflection,or other external forces do not affect accuracy when using VM-TBS2, thanks to its built-in ball plate that ensures free movement. The balla plate has a hardened finish. Maximum protection against lateral forces and accidental impacts is bulit in. A robust base plate is positioned above the cable gland to prevent damage in case of falling objects or improper use.
A stable, low-resistance grounding cable ensures no potential difference between the upper and lower mounting plates. The cable also protects against welding currents and voltage surges in the structure.
