Bag tipping station with built-in sieve

The sieve is placed underneath the support grill. Both sieve and bag tipping station are otherwise as normal with the minor detail that the volume of the hopper is smaller as the sieve takes up most of the available volume.

Main points are:

  • Support grill for placing and cutting bags open
  • Gas dampers, so that the hatch is opened and closed easily and correctly every time
  • Proximity sensor with singal til PLC/MES. Normally the main purpose is to start/stop the dust extraction system.
  • Possibility to include local dust extraction system in the back of the top of the unit. Including filter bags and ventilator.
  • Possibility to include weighing system. Normally the main purpose is to control a loss-in-weight dosing process.
  • The top and bottom can be released so the screening mesh can be inspected, removed for thorough cleaning, and/or replaced, for example, with mesh of a different size.
  • Optional if outlet is made with a valve, screw, rotary valve or similar.
  • Possibility of having finish is foodstuff grade, including certificates subject to EU1935/2004.
